Quite another fun day, following two shoots the previous day and ending the weekend with 13 year old Karissa and her first time in front of the camera. Her mother drove her the long way to come shoot with me and trusted me with handling the first shots for her portfolio and comp card and I was more than honored to oblige. I called upon the super heroic mastery of one of my dearest friends and fabulous makeup artist and stylist, Charlene Jacks-Palomino for makeup duties, and together we got Karissa comfortable and rolling. We only did one look for the basic headshots and planned to put a baseball uniform on her and head to a park with a baseball diamond, but Miami’s lovely and unpredictable weather decided to work against us. So we made it happen over the white and black backdrops. A couple samples below.
